AiHud Music · Symphonic

Your AI symphonic arranger

Upload a lead sheet or piano chart and get a full orchestral arrangement: woodwinds, brass, timpani, harp and strings, with an optional jazz rhythm section. Engraved score and transposed parts, ready to rehearse.

Start with a free preview

Free 16-bar preview, then a fixed quote. No subscription.

What the orchestration covers

The default symphonic line-up is 2 flutes, oboe, English horn, 2 clarinets, bassoon, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 2 trombones, bass trombone, timpani, harp, piano, strings, and bass and drums when the style calls for them. The plan lists the exact instruments and you can change them, for example "no rhythm section" or "add piccolo", before anything is written.

Written for real players

Every line stays inside practical ranges. Pads are voiced with smooth voice leading, the melody stays audible above the accompaniment, and dynamics, hairpins and rehearsal marks are written into each part. Transposing instruments get correctly transposed parts.

Who it is for

Community and school orchestras, pops concerts, film-style cues, and composers who want a first orchestration of a tune to edit further in MuseScore, Sibelius or Dorico.

How it works

1

Upload your chart

A lead sheet, piano chart or sketch as PDF, JPG or PNG. Pick the ensemble and style, and add notes (instruments, tempo, solos, length).

2

Check the plan

AiHud reads the chart and shows what it found (key, meter, tempo, form) and a section-by-section plan: who plays the melody, backgrounds, intro, ending. Ask for changes before anything is written.

3

Hear a free 16-bar preview

You get the first 16 bars as a watermarked score, parts and audio mockup. Not right? Write what to change and get a revised preview (up to 2 revised previews are free).

4

Accept the quote, get the full arrangement

You see a fixed price based on the size of the piece. Pay with PayPal and we email you a download link when the full arrangement is ready.

Questions

Can I hear it before I pay?

Yes. The first 16 bars are engraved and rendered for free, with score, parts and an audio mockup. You only pay after you accept the quote for the full piece.

Can it orchestrate a piano piece, not just a lead sheet?

Yes. Upload the piano score; the plan says how the material is distributed across the orchestra and you can adjust it.

How much does it cost?

The 16-bar preview is free (one per person). After the preview you get a fixed-price quote for the full arrangement, based on its length and the number of players. Quotes start at $19. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote and pay with PayPal.

What do I upload?

A lead sheet, piano score or handwritten sketch as PDF, JPG or PNG (up to 10 pages, 20 MB). Clean, printed charts give the best results. You can add notes about instruments, tempo, key, solos and length.

What if the preview is not right?

Use "Request changes" under the preview. Describe what is wrong (for example "this tune is in 7/4" or "give the melody to the trumpet in the bridge"). You get a revised plan and a new preview. Up to 2 revised previews are free.

Can it handle odd meters and meter changes?

Yes. The plan shows the time signature(s) it read from your chart, bar by bar, so you can correct them before the preview. 5/4, 7/4, 7/8, 12/8 and changes between meters are written into the score, the parts and the audio.

Which file formats do I get?

A full score PDF, transposed part PDFs, an editable MuseScore file (.mscz), MusicXML for Sibelius, Finale or Dorico, and an MP3 mockup.

Who owns the arrangement?

You may use the delivered arrangement for your own performances, rehearsals and teaching. You must have the right to arrange the tune: it is your own, in the public domain, or you hold an arranging licence. See the Terms.

How good is the audio?

The MP3 is a reference mockup rendered with openly licensed sample libraries. The notation is the product. Open the .mscz in the free MuseScore Studio to hear it with richer playback on your own computer.

Is a person involved?

The arrangement is written by an AI arranger that follows a fixed toolchain and checks its own output (ranges, bar lengths, engraving). You review the plan and the preview before you pay.
